Суб-IB (Sub-Introducing Broker) - это вводящий брокер, привлеченный другим IB (Мастер IB), а не непосредственно брокером, в рамках многоуровневой каскадной структуры комиссий.

Суб-IB (Sub-Introducing Broker) является партнером, которого привлекает в брокерскую программу действующий вводящий брокер, а не сам брокер напрямую. По сути, это форекс-специфический аналог суб-аффилиата в традиционном партнерском маркетинге. В многоуровневых IB-сетях Суб-IB направляет клиентов к брокеру, однако его отношения и поток комиссий управляются через Мастер IB, который его рекрутировал.
Для брокера Суб-IB позволяют расширять партнерскую сеть без прямых затрат на рекрутинг. Для Мастер IB Суб-IB генерируют нижестоящие комиссии, как правило в виде доли заработка Суб-IB или отдельного оверрайда на объем торговли, который приносят клиенты Суб-IB. На рынках СНГ такая структура особенно распространена: Мастер IB нередко охватывает несколько юрисдикций одновременно, привлекая региональных Суб-IB в России, Казахстане и диаспоре. IB-ребейт Суб-IB рассчитывается отдельно от оверрайда Мастер IB, что требует четкой сегрегации в учете.
Главная сложность в структурах с Суб-IB состоит в прозрачности атрибуции. Каждый уровень должен четко видеть собственные доходы, привлеченных клиентов и логику расчета комиссий. Без соответствующих инструментов споры и путаница при сверке выплат неизбежны. ЦБ РФ, CySEC и FCA предъявляют конкретные требования к раскрытию информации о многоуровневых IB-структурах: документация по каждому уровню является обязательным условием соответствия регуляторным нормам.
