Sub-IB
Un Sub-IB (Sous-Courtier Introducteur) est un courtier introducteur recruté par un autre IB - appelé [Master IB](/fr/glossary/master-ib) - plutôt que directement par le broker. Les Sub-IBs opèrent au sein d'une structure multi-niveaux où les commissions se déversent du broker vers le Master IB, puis vers le Sub-IB selon les volumes de trading référencés.

Un Sub-IB (Sous-Courtier Introducteur) est un partenaire intégré dans un programme de courtage par un courtier introducteur existant, et non directement par le broker. Ce concept est l'équivalent Forex d'un sous-affilié dans le marketing d'affiliation classique. Dans les réseaux IB multi-niveaux, le Sub-IB réfère des traders au broker, mais sa relation contractuelle et son flux de commissions transitent par le Master IB qui l'a recruté.
Du point de vue du broker, les Sub-IBs permettent d'étendre le réseau partenaire sans effort de recrutement direct supplémentaire. Du point de vue du Master IB, les Sub-IBs génèrent des commissions en aval - généralement une part des gains du Sub-IB ou un override distinct appliqué sur le volume référé par ce dernier. Les montants varient selon les conditions négociées: un override fixe par lot traité par les clients du Sub-IB, ou un pourcentage de la commission perçue par le Sub-IB lui-même.
