Sub-IB
Um Sub-IB é um broker introdutor recrutado por outro IB (o Master IB), e não diretamente pela corretora. Sub-IBs operam em uma estrutura multinível na qual as comissões fluem da corretora, passando pela camada do Master IB, até chegar ao parceiro subordinado.

Um Sub-IB (Sub-Introducing Broker) é um parceiro incorporado a um programa de corretagem por um Introducing Broker já existente, e não diretamente pela corretora. O conceito é o equivalente Forex do sub-afiliado no marketing de afiliados em geral. Em redes de IBs com múltiplos níveis, o Sub-IB indica clientes à corretora, mas seu relacionamento e o fluxo de comissões são gerenciados pelo IB que o recrutou -- o Master IB.
Do ponto de vista da corretora, os Sub-IBs expandem a rede de parceiros sem exigir recrutamento direto adicional. Do ponto de vista do Master IB, os Sub-IBs geram comissões downstream -- normalmente uma parcela dos ganhos do Sub-IB ou um override separado sobre o volume gerado pelos clientes indicados por ele. Um Sub-IB pode receber, por exemplo, R$ 40 por lote padrão negociado, enquanto o Master IB recebe um override de R$ 10-15 sobre esse mesmo volume. No Brasil, as atividades de intermediação financeira ligadas ao Forex estão sujeitas à regulação da CVM (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários) e ao Banco Central do Brasil (BCB), o que torna a transparência nas estruturas de remuneração multinível um requisito operacional relevante.
O principal desafio das estruturas de Sub-IB está na atribuição e na transparência. Cada nível precisa de visibilidade clara sobre seus próprios ganhos, clientes indicados e regras de comissionamento. Sem ferramentas adequadas, disputas e confusões em torno de divisões de pagamento tornam-se comuns e podem prejudicar a retenção de parceiros. Redes de Sub-IBs que crescem para três ou mais níveis exigem sistemas de rastreamento robustos para manter a precisão dos pagamentos e a confiança dos parceiros em todos os níveis da hierarquia.
